Ehrlich Plastic Surgery - David A. Ehrlich, M.D.

I wish I could comment on the actual doctor who, in my half hour consult with him, was pleasant, knowledgeable, kind. HOWEVER in order to get to the actual doctor, you have to call the front desk. Over two months, I have tried at least three times to get to Dr. Ehrlich. Each time, I have reached a receptionist who has stonewalled me and provided excuses for why I cannot schedule a follow-up meeting with Dr. Ehrlich. The first time (in December), she said she would leave a message with Dr. Ehrlich about scheduling a follow-up appointment to my consultation. I did not hear back from the office. The second time (in January), she repeated the same refrain and did not acknowledge my first call. She told me the doctor would reach out after she passed along my message for a surgery date. No one reached out to me. The third time (in February), she hung up on me multiple times once I (understandably) started to get frustrated at this level of customer service. The customer service at reception is hands down the most frustrating experience I have faced in many, many years. If it is this difficult to even get an appointment with a doctor scheduled, I cannot how painful, how difficult it would be to reach the doctor if there were any complication to a surgery. I'm sure the doctor is great and skilled. But I would highly recommend anyone thinking of paying for surgery here to think twice because should anything go wrong - with the surgery, with payment, with insurance - be prepared to spend several hours during your work window calling the office, getting hung up on, and treated like a second class citizen.

PERFECTION! Truly life changing. I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my breast reduction surgery. I read so many reviews of women saying their only regret was not doing it sooner & I completely get that now! Dr. Ehrlich is so thorough and takes such care preparing you for the big day as well as post-care. Hannah is wonderful & so patient - responding immediately to all of my messages and questions. You will be in excellent hands with Dr. Ehrlich and the results are amazing (if I don’t say so myself!😉) From start to finish - everything was seamless. I am back to running every day and feel lighter than ever! So grateful for Ehrlich Plastic Surgery!

I wanted to love my experience as I was referred by a friend. She spoke highly of Dr Ehrlich's work and her breast reduction results look great. My consultation in February 2024 went great and I was hopeful. It is now November 2024 and the PA has yet to be submitted to my insurance company (IBC PPO). To make matters worse I've been calling for updates and not getting a response. When I first started calling I was told it takes time and the doctor has to put my file together. By now I'm promised by Hannah that she will follow up on Friday but that never happens. As a professional have the courtesy to let me know I'm not a good candidate or submit the paperwork. But months of no update is leaving a bad impression.

As a woman still in my prime and thriving, I was referred to Dr. Erlich a different physcian who was treating me for my illness. From thr moment I stepped into Elich’s office the way he and his staff treated me immediately lowered my anxiety. He explained every detail of what to expect before and after the procedure. Even before the swelling subsidy I automatically knew that he delivered well beyond my expectations. I am already planning on getting another procedure done and I will only feel comfortable with Dr. ELRICH and his team. If you thinking about any cosmetics please run don't walk and get a consultation with him…. You will not regret it.

I had my stretched ears repaired and stitched up. The process was easy, painless and the doctor answered all questions and handled me with care. Appointments were convenient to make and the doctor was always on time.
