Good service and I enjoyed my time there. I believe the lady that does my facial service is name Sophia. She gives wonderful massages. Very relaxing. If you prefer to be a regular monthly customer, you should consider buying their package, buy 10x get 1 or 2 free. But make sure you call ahead of time to book an appointment. And have enough time to find street parking.

My mom and I have been long time patrons of this spa. My mom even prepaid a package with them but they never answer the phone. We have left voicemails without any return calls. This location is mainly appointment only via phone. How can we use our prepaid package visits if they barely answer the phone to accept appointments? They constantly say there must be something wrong with their phone. We've had this poor experience for the past year.

Shirley does an amazing job and is my go to at all times! Friendly staff and clean. Offers various packages and pricing is reasonable.

Great facial for my sensitive skin. They are very gentle and careful to provide elite service without the pain that sometimes accompany a facial with cleansing and deep pore declogging. They also did not rush. The time allotted was well enough to complete the facial without strict time constraints. Afterwards, my face required no recovery time. It remained smooth and hydrated for days. No after peeling or flaking. Great job! Definitely returning.
