Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - Pittsburgh

Avoid this office unless you enjoy endless, unnecessary headaches. They continue to bill me for a co-pay I already paid months ago, despite multiple calls to their billing office since November and providing proof of payment. In fact, they actually owe me money ($1.50), yet they refuse to acknowledge it. Even more frustrating, the billing office has repeatedly tried to contact the practice manager on my behalf, but this office refuses to return their calls. And none of the numbers they provide actually lead to this specific office so it's impossible to talk to someone. If this is how they handle simple billing issues, I can’t imagine trusting them with actual medical care...

I made an appointment. I was told they take my insurance. I had to reschedule once. I asked again if they take my insurance and they assured me they do. I show up to my appointment and they tell me they don't accept my insurance. When I arrived the receptionist was dismissive and only worried about ordering lunch for the staff. Someone else tried to check me in and had difficulty. The first person finally took over only to tell me they couldn't see me because they don't take my insurance. I don't live close. I called off of work and wasted gas that I can't afford to be here. Never again. What a joke.

Amazing staff, all of them made my experience as relaxing as possible. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Did not cut anything to biopsy due to knowing what my concerns were and diagnosing the marks correctly.

Because of the lack of information and emphasis of do no harm. The Dr needs to immediately contact Probel. A series of events have now taken place and need to be corrected asap before we get into litigation. Not the office mgr but the doctor. Serious case. FYI

I've been a patient for a few years now and the people at this office are very friendly, both office and staff. They spend time not only examining but also explaining what they have seen in the examination and any procedures or remedies for any issues that may arise.
