I got a treatment from this place, Dr Lieber, specifically. It changed my life, seriously. This provider accepted my insurance, which I think may have been a favor (I'm not sure about that). But, he was fast, safe, told me exactly what the risks & benefits were. But, I think one of the biggest benefits was finding a Dr who was finally willing to do a treatment that was a little unorthodox in the current regime. All the Drs in the past were willing to do nothing other than maintain my current state & condition w typical treatments & meds. After seeing these guys & Dr Lieber I got immediately better in a meaningful & durable way. Very much appreciated!
I see dr. Lieber yearly for prolotherapy to help stabilize my spine. Regenerative treatment takes time to work but I can work and stand as long as I need to now. Ten minutes was my maximum when I was first treated. You must strengthen as well but you need to be pain free to do so
I had Prp done a few years ago. I meant to write this after I had it done. I don’t feel a big difference from before the procedure and after, which I understand it’s not a guarantee to feel better, after all PRP is still new. I was hopeful about it, after doing my research on it. But Anyways, once the procedure was done and I went home, there was no post procedure follow up call to check in, nothing. Not impressed with the lack of customer service and lack of empathy. At the time it felt like a “take your money and run” feeling, which isnt a great feeling after paying what Regenexx charges. I recommend doing you4 due diligence research and make a judgement call about using Regenexx.
I have been a patient since 2018 receiving cortisone injections in my cervical spine. The first 2 epidurals worked great lasting approximately a year each. My third injection in 2020 resulted in me leaving the office by ambulance and having to have an emergency cervical laminectomy to repair the paralysis and damage that was done. I now have 2 rods and 12 screws with a cervical fusion. With a lengthy stay at the hospital and extensive PT and OT I am lucky to be getting around. I finally after fighting for two years am receiving disability from the damages done to me
Terrible experience from start to finish but here are the biggest issues- 1. During my procedure, I was caused excruciating pain because the doctor admittedly didn’t wait until the anesthetic kicked in to begin the procedure. 2. A nerve was damaged in my ear, resulting in additional pain and dizziness that has not subsided months after the treatment. Not to mention that the treatment did not work at all. These people need to be held accountable for how they’re treating patients who are paying thousands out of pocket. They refused to send me copies of my own visit notes but luckily I have a witness so it won’t just be my word against these shady people. I want my money back.
