Check-in was easy, the appointment time was accurate, the support staff efficient and courteous, and the doctor very thorough and explained what he was doing.

The billing department ruined my entire experience. The ladies at the counter didn't tell me my insurance wasn't going to cover the appointment, and let me get treated anyway. After receiving bills in the mail, I freaked out. I called the billing department and waiting on the phone for so long. I was then greeted by a lazy employee that told me she would resolve it and never called me back. Months later, I'm getting final notice bills in the mail. I've called so many times, and but on hold by so many people. They billed my insurance AND sent me a bill. This place is a joke.

Rude, dishonest, and incompetent front office staff. Expect to be seen 30 minutes to over 1 hour after your scheduled appt time.

I did not have high expectations when I made my appointment with Dermatological Assoc. because I have been struggling with a rash on my face for a long time and no one knew what it was. I was expecting the same non-answer. But to my delight, they knew exactly what it was and treated it on the spot. I walked out of the office like I was walking on air. They had some suggestions for me going forward due to my age which I plan on following. Delightful people, professional and knowledgeable.

I really like Dr. Hess. She was thorough and explained everything she was doing and answered all the questions I had. The stay was pleasant except the girl who took information from in the exam room. Her "bedside manners" could be better. Thank you!
