I called Viva this morning to inquire about lip filler. Jennifer was extremely helpful in providing me with information, she answered all my questions and I was so impressed with their pricing! Not every salon is customer friendly when it comes to pricing. Viva offers a variety of milliliters of filler for everyone and transparency in answering questions. I have talked to multiple salons today and I will say this, not every salon is transparent with what they’re charging you for. Many overcharge for services Because customers aren’t savvy. We go and trusting our provider And sometimes wind up paying hundreds of extra dollars unnecessarily. No matter where you are on your beauty journey, find a Salon you trust, who tells you everything you need to know. I just had my third appointment with Grace! She is so kind and talented. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I was having some issues with acne and overall not happy with my skin. Not only did she listen, but she was patient and so knowledgeable! She gave me so many options to help work within a budget, and talked me through what every single product was. She asked me so many questions, figuring out what works best for me. She made me feel so confident in and outside of the lounge! My skin has made so many improvements and I am no longer unsure about what’s I am putting on my face. 10/10 overall experience!!!

I have been going to viva with Sam for two years now consistently, getting Botox and lip filler treatments and I can’t recommend her enough. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about her job and guiding you with treatment recommendations but she also is so personable and has gone out of her way to help me get the results I was looking for.
