I took my 16 year old son to see Emily Penz for a second opinion about a rash that he’s had since September. And let me tell you, it was a great, refreshing experience! She took her time with us and I didn’t feel like our appointment was rushed at all. She actively listened, acknowledging my questions and concerns. She explained things at length and basically validated my interest in getting a second opinion!! After this visit, I felt assured in her diagnosis and treatment plan. And happy that I trusted my gut by getting a second opinion!! The office staff was great too! Everyone was very polite and worked efficiently to get us in and out. Also, the appointment was scheduled within a reasonable timeframe and accommodated our schedule. Overall, I would definitely recommend Emily Penz to my friends and family!!

Dr. Bikowski was so fast I am not sure he diagnosed me properly. I had 2 moles that I was concerned about and he took all of 2 seconds to look at them and tell me what he thought they were and he could laser them off. His manner is very off-putting, not at all patient-friendly, and a bit condescending. I don't need to be coddled for sure but I do want to have things explained to me and his Medical Assistant explained more to me than he did. Maybe she should get the insurance payments, lol. I felt like he was more interested in getting his dictation completed. His staff, however, are excellent and caring and they should get a 5 star review.

This was the best appointment I’ve probably ever had! Dr. Bikowski was so phenomenal & knowledgeable the whole appointment, he diagnosed me first sight of my condition. I’ve never felt so comfortable & understood. On top of how great the Doctor was the staff (Loni, Nick) were just as great. All around an amazing experience.

The staff at this place are just so efficient and friendly, always a smile and always professional. I think this is so important for a good doctors office! I think that the providers are thorough and knowledgeable, I trust them completely. Dr. Bikowski's office and staff are 5-star no doubt. Also, I never wait more than 5 minutes past my scheduled appointment time which I think shows an appreciation for my schedule and time as well. See you guys next time!
