Your Skin Prescription

I recently visited Your Skin Prescription and had an outstanding experience. Meghan was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease during both my laser treatment and microneedling session. The spa is spotless with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The results have been fantastic—my skin looks and feels amazing after just one session. I’m already seeing great improvements and can’t wait for my next visit. I highly recommend Your Skin Prescription for exceptional treatments and top-notch service. And if you’re booking, definitely ask for Meghan—she’s amazing!

Made an appointment, at the time they required a $100 deposit. No issues with that. On my way to the appointment, they called and said that the Dr was running behind. They informed me that the appointment would have to be pushed back an hour later. Inconvenient since I live over an hour away from their office. But I figured I could stop somewhere and eat to kill some time since it wouldn't make sense for me to drive home. Then after another 45min, they called and said they would have to cancel the appointment. They explained that the Dr wasn't going to be able to make the appointment. They wanted to reschedule, I told them that I drove over an hour to come to this appointment. I asked the lady that called to cancel my appointment if this could happen next time? She said yes, the Dr could be busy with other stuff since it's not his full time gig. I didn't want to reschedule and have to risk having my appointment canceled again. So I asked to be refunded my $100 deposit. I was told they would refund me. After weeks of not receiving my refund, I called my credit card company to file a dispute. The Skin Prescription lied to them saying I canceled my appointment and sent them a copy of their cancelation policy. It states that if the customer cancels in less than 24hrs they will not be refunded. That's fine, but they are the ones who canceled. What is the policy on that? I do not recommend this place.

Very clean and everyone was so sweet. Rain explained every step to the facial. My face feels wonderful and looks so bright. I def will go back.

There's no place I'd rather be!!! I don't know how to praise Rain and her med spa without waxing poetic. This is not your average facial. I take a lot of pride in my skin and skincare; I started coming to Your Skin Prescription because "herbal, feel good, or extraction" based facials weren't up to my standards. I wanted something specialized, unique and cutting edge. I love that I've been around to see the spas' growth. Services have been added, staff has expanded; but nothing at all has been compromised. Rain has always monitored my progress and has stayed in contact if I've ever had an issue. Everyone is fantastic. The quality is unbeatable. Three words. GET THE MEMBERSHIP!
