LG Health Physicians Family Medicine Strasburg

I have been working with Dr Gladys Frye with a rare and aggressive skin condition among other serious health issues. Over the last 9 years of bouncing from doctor to doctor trying to get help, she’s the first to give me the hope of being cured by helping with test and her referrals to specialists. She genuinely cares for her patients and is a fantastic Dr. 5/5 for sure. Also the whole staff in the front has always been friendly and helpful. Nothing bad to say about anything or anyone there.

Our family been seeing Dr Putney at Family Medicine Strasburg for 30+ years. We are so blessed to have the same family Dr all these years and that our kids and grandkids go to him as well. We have wonderful experiences there and staff is caring and pleasant to work with. Thank you for taking care of all of us!!

A 5 star rating from a well established patient. The front office staff is polite and the area is always clean and orderly. In the back, the medical assistance are efficient and friendly. Dr. Brenton spends the appropriate amount of time with her people. ❤️

I've gone to strasburg family practice basically all my life. Today was my first bad experience there. Not at the doctors office but next door where you go and have your blood drawn. The lady Kathy who draws made a rude comment towards me and when they did my 1 year olds blood work I asked to stop bc they weren't getting blood for like 2 minutes and my baby was screaming. I asked to stop and wait for when his dad could come with me bc it was upsetting and they continued on with his blood work anyways.

At every single doctor's office I've visited since becoming an adult, when they do a referral they make sure it some place that takes your insurance. On my last visit here I was given a referral to a specialist. When I tried to make an appointment with them I was told they don't take my insurance so I went back to Strasburg Family. When I told the receptionist, Peggy, about the issue she told me that I would have to call my insurance company and find a specialist myself. I thought this was strange because this practice has found places that take my insurance in the past. I felt like Peggy couldn't be bothered to do her job and blew me off so she could continue to conversate with the other receptionists. Normally, I feel like I get exceptional customer care from this place but I guess there is a first time for bad service.
