Geisinger Primary Care Sunbury

I will not be taking my daughter here again. Just take your children to the Main Campus in Danville. It’s worth the drive. We had a finger prick scheduled, ordered by our Primary Care Physician, the nurse on sight told us finger pricks don’t work and she would have to use a vein, after 15 minutes of failed digging in my 14 month olds arm she told us she’ll just do the finger prick because she can’t find a vein. So do they work? Do they not work? No one had any answers and they acted very unprofessional. The receptionist told us to go to Main Campus because their staff is better. She was the only saving grace for that facility. Again, do not take your child here. Please.

The women who drew my blood was so sweet, kind, and was vent gentle. She went above and beyond for her job. Honestly she is in my top 5 nursers i enjoy of all time ♥️

Dr Hepner, amazing! His nurses not so much. Grandma went there for wound care leg wrappings after being told do so after a visit with an in home nurse. After raising concerns of them not being done properly, Nurse Lori, RN, had a nasty attitude. Didn’t clean her wounds with soap. Just a wet piece of gauze. After being questioned about it, ignored my grandma. Then proceeded to incorrectly wrap them, again concerns were voiced. She responded with “well technically we aren’t even supposed to do this.” Which weird because they had no problem doing it before I raised concerns that it wasn’t being done properly. This nurse and another (who I don’t know the name of since her badge was tucked in her shirt) are lazy and need to find a different job. Imagine the elderly people who don’t have family to speak up for them. It’s unacceptable and disgusting.

Place is a joke they are soo quick to feed u pills and send u on your way when u tell em u don't feel good they don't believe u like we are there to get taken care of but not here if I could give it a 0 star I would

Jennifer has a terrible attitude. She doesn't have any patience, and has poor customer service skills. Healthcare facilities are supposed be a place that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She should be ashamed of herself for not treating patients with respect. I wouldn't talk to my enemy the way she spoke to me. I have made the decision to no longer be affiliated with Gesinger because of her.
