I had an amazing experience with Alexis! She was incredible with addressing all of my needs. I have severe anxiety, sensitive/acne prone skin, and tend to be a bit of a high-strung patient, ha. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease, even though this was my first time getting botox and micro-needling. She also helped put my husband's mind at ease. After our consultation, and then my first appointment, he told me he is only ok with her treating me because of how qualified she is. He was extremely impressed with her professionalism and knowledge… and he's not easy to impress lol. I was over the moon with the results and Alexis will be the only one I go to from here on out. I couldn't be happier and can’t wait for my next visit!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Time Undone. Alexis is extremely knowledgeable about what you should (or shouldn't for that matter) be doing for treatments. She was extremely patient with any and all of my questions (which were a lot). If you have any second thoughts.....don't, Alexis will put you at ease and walk you through every step. She explained everything from medical aspect to technology to potential outcome and answered all my questions. I was extremely nervous but Alexis is a CRNA which gave me a peace of mind. I’ve had both hair restoration and facial resurfacing done by Alexis at Time Undone. Being a CRNA I knew I was in good hands. She made me feel very comfortable and explained and answered all my questions in great detail. I first had hair restoration and I was amazed at the amount of hair regrowth obtained with the KeraLase treatments. I no longer am horrified by the amount of hair loss every time I wash my hair. I next decided to have facial resurfacing done and again am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Alexa to anyone looking for a highly qualified aesthetician. I would like to add that I am 1+ hours drive away and it is well worth my time to have found Alexis.
