Williamsburg Family Practice

Never contacted me to tell my my next steps. Spent several months waiting for them to tell me they were waiting for medical records. I've never had contact with anyone that has offered such little help to me.

Megan Thompson is absolutely horrible and should lose her license!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could.

All I can say is that I myself (Robert Woomer) have been there for 2 years since 2019 and have never stepped inside that building for a appt because I cannot wear a mask they use excuse of cdc guideline but the guidelines state that if a person cannot wear a mask they cannot be denied medical treatment but Williamsburg family practice does they will not even see me in the parking lot in the wide open air and that Robin the most ignorant person I have dealt with there upmc needs to be brought to deal with people and quit denying people medical treatment

The office staff is very rude and unprofessional they always talk to me with an attitude. Tried to call and make an appointment the lady just kept raising her voice and wouldn’t actually listen to my questions, ended my call when she wouldn’t let me speak. Appointment did not get made. The only reason I haven’t changed offices is because I like and respect the actual doctors.

I love Dr.Siems ,she's a very great doctor!
