The website clearly promotes Affirm being an accepted method of payment. When I asked the receptionist for help regarding this, she made a comment that implied that I could not afford services. “You know it costs ___ every 3 months right?” I just wanted to know if affirm was an option this one time. Then upon asking a manager, she informed that there are no payment plans. I had every intention of paying in full at the time of service, I just so happened to inquire when bills were due. (My bad I guess, I was just excited) I shouldn’t have to explain this nor should I be made to feel “less than” for seeking to use a payment plan, one that the website proudly displays. If you’re in the business of helping people, have staff that have basic manners and kindness.

Staff very personable and helpful. Positive experience. The medical treatment has resulted in 35 pound weight loss which I was unable to take off after trying multiple diet and exercise regimens. As a result I feel great, energy level has tripled. Thank you "Your Best Life MD.".
