Joyce and the ladies at New England Laser and Wellness were a big help when me and my father came in the establishment. As soon as we walked it they made it a comfortable environment and were really friendly. Joyce did an amazing job educating my father and myself on the procedure and also not pressuring us to do it at all , she answered all our questions and we could not be happier. We came in as customers and it seems that we left as friends. Thank you New England Laser and Wellness Center.

AVOID this place! I made the mistake of going to this place for spider veins laser treatment and was LITERALLY BURNED. My appointments were canceled at least 4 times; many times because their machine was broken. One day I showed up for the appointment and the "technician" decided not to go to work and didn't warn anyone in advance. Further, the laser "technician" clearly had no experience and was trying to learn as she was doing my treatments. I ended up with BURN SCARS all around my ankles and zero improvement on the spider veins. The chiropractor who owns the place was rarely ever there to oversee the staff, which seemed to change almost weakly. At least they had the decency to return my money....

I purchased a Groupon, and have now completed all my treatments. They were a train wreck for the first half of my treatments. Machines were always broken. Different girls every time. They had no chart on me. They would ask me things they should have known - like what I was there for. They had a weird prudishness about zapping my outer labia as part of a Brazilian - pretty standard everywhere else. Some girls would include toes with full leg treatments, some wouldnt. Some offered towels, some offered paper towels. Just overall inconsistency / obvious lack of staff-wide training and standards. Then they either got their act together, or I just got lucky with a great technician. All in all, I would have gone somewhere else, and probably would have bowed out of my Groupon were it not for their amazing technician.

Strongly recommend this spa center. They have several wonderful services but what I feel sets them apart from comparable spas is their warm, friendly and professional environment. Ask for Joyce. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, calming and so sweet!
