Great experience! The staff is always so friendly! My clinician was pleasant and put me at ease. She took the time to educate me about treatments and different types of options available at Ideal Image. And I'm absolutely loving my results! 10/10 all around from me.

Thank you Sydney! To begin, my experience didn't start out so great. However, Sydney followed up with me, listened to my concerns and presented a great resolution. I really appreciate how she handled everything and am now looking forward to my next visit. Update: appointment was once again canceled! Last minute, again. It has been one thing after another here. First cancelation was because the service provider called out (understandable). I received a call yesterday offering a 1:00 appointment if that worked better for me (it didn't). Today I get a call canceling this time because they gave my appointment to someone else. I do not think getting services here would be a good idea. I really wanted to try it, but thinking I should be concerned about the quality of services to my skin after these constant issues, complete lack of respect and dishonesty shown.

Let me just say, I was nervous and feeling really insecure about removal (pcos) which is such a personal and emotional situation, well the staff was AMAZING I felt really taken care of and comfortable with every single member of the staff. Before choosing ideal image I called around and found lower pricing but the staff was not sensitive to my insecurity and did not bother to take the time to walk me through each of the steps explaining everything clearly as well as answering all my questions and concerns. They also gave me a call the next day as a follow up! Love this team!!

I don't want anyone regrets like me so before you decide to purchase their service , Please check and see all the clients reviews about Ideal Image . Don't drop a lot of value money to that place , the result is the same every place that you pay more cheaper and work excellent than Ideal Image ... the clinic look bigger sound like popular but they block the client number , the manager didn't care that can be effects to their reputation . Especially I hope the CEO or corporations of ideal image know their employees work like this to their client . The information of the seller and clinic are different so don't trust the seller , they just want you to purchase their service . I didn't understand why because they work in the same company and people trust on what they said . If I pay less I don't mind but I pay almost 4000$ for Guarantee life just in 16 months after 16 months you need to pay but the price is against up depend on what they set so it's not a guarantee life Mean , the contract is pointless . My hair grow back a lot compared to my friend she went to the different place more cheaper. She ever told me before I purchased but I don't listen to her. Now i know and I seen a lot of clients reviews so bad about Ideal Image . I'll share my worst experience and don't recommend people or anyone to go there .

I can’t say enough good things about Rachel at Ideal Image! She is the only injector I trust with my Botox. Her technique is flawless, and I never need a touch-up when she does my injections. Beyond her incredible skill, Rachel is super nice and always professional, making each visit a positive experience. Five stars.
