Rhode Island Medical Imaging

I've had several ultrasounds at this location over the years and never had a bad experience. However today Miss Maria at the front desk went absolutely above and beyond to help me even though I was confused about my doctor's orders. She had to have helped me for 20+ minutes calling my doctor's and the other imaging facilities, to get me an appointment tomorrow, for my specialist appointment the next day. I could not be happier with her customer service and professionalism.

My husband got X-rays after urgent care sent him there and we begged for results for days. They told us a week. He’s in pain and had no path forward while we had to go on vacation. Ridiculous.

4 days and still no one has reviewed my X-ray. Insurance scam?

My wife has come here often for various imaging. She states the following :The staff and technicians are always professional and friendly. In addition, the waiting area is complemented by nice soothing music and a TV that plays photos of beautiful scenic nature ! Very smart to stay away from offensive news topics and a barrage of noisy commercials. The waiting area is state of the art !

By far the worst MRI experience in my life, and have had multiple MRIs. I have never had a time where the staff was so rude. I was in so much pain, I had been in tears, yet they pretty much forced me to stay inside the machine. Everyone on the staff working here had the worst attitude, especially the technician. I will never go back to Rhode Island Medical Imaging in Cranston again. I highly recommend taking the drive and going to North Providence!
