Dr. Woo performed a skin cancer removal on a family member. Fortunately, the cancerous cells were successfully removed. Visually, the results were not good. Drastic changes to the procedure were made last minute with only a heads up right before heading into the operating room. What could have been a single surgery involving a 2cm replacement of skin on the nostril ended up as multiple surgeries, a large scar across the forehead and a permanently retracted nostril. There was no reason given for the change in procedure other than “it will be better.” I would not recommend Dr. Woo to anyone looking for facial reconstruction.

Unfortunately I had a great reservation as an attorney writing this, however, I am. deeply hurt by his refusal to operate and the notes on my file which said I did not follow up with the two referrals. I certainy called the first doctor who his secretary said he was out of the country second the other surgeon was my wifes'doctor and she asked me not to call. When I informed him that I had seen Dr Pellicheck he was disqusted why she did not want to operate. I informed him she was retired. Dr Woo had no intention of ever operating on me! I A DEEPLY HURT

My experience with Dr.Woo and his staff has been great! He did a procedure on my son and myself. Which both had excellent outcomes. I’ve made several appointments here and every one has been a great experience. Friendly, thorough, and absolutely would highly recommend!

After having aplastic surgeon for over 20 years, due to a cleft deformity at birth. I was hesitant to go to someone new. My prior surgeon recommended I see Dr. Woo. He was pleasant, he explained what need to be done for me and there were no issues. His team also helped me with my Insurance company as well.

Don't see him if your in pain he has no compassion for his patient's he thought I was lying about my pain and did not help me now I have to go to Boston cause something is wrong he said I shouldn't be in pain and I am so that says something is wrong doesn't say I'm seeking drugs my jaw is clearly broken and he doesn't care one bit
