I left a message earlier asking to set up an appintment. I called after work an hour later, got through to somebody, where I was clearly ditched by the receptionist for over 10 minutes before they hung up. Since then, I have not been able to get through despite them not closing for another 40 minutes. Poor customer service is a reflection of the level of quality care a business will give you. If you can't even handle a phone call properly, how can I trust you as a doctor? My review will stay until I get a call back. If you see my review, understand my problem never got solved, and this this location is deserving of its 1 star.

Call to make an appointment and they me do I want to find someone else to go to because the PA who hardly there now is backed up til summer. Yes I'll wait that long to have a mole checked.LOL. Place used to be good but no more . Save yourself time and find someone else.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but honesty is what we are here for right? I saw the male practitioner. While he was nice, this just wasn’t a good experience. My exam was done fast and but thorough (I think?), I basically just got advise to use ceramides. And my skin has many ailments- it’s a mess in fact, after moving here from the south. No other suggestions or options just to buy these creams. I had to ask for clarification on many things. I really just felt like I walked out of there as if I never walked in. I have now made an appointment for another visit at another office. Office staff and others I encountered were very curt and unfriendly. Like dealing with me was a chore. No thanks. I won’t return.

Absolute horrible experience. Not only is it a NIGHTMARE to get to with the bridge, but I literally called them that I would be late because of a stupid accident on i95. I got there AT 230 on the dot and they told me I was past my 15 minute grace period(even though I was there at exactly the 15 min mark and had the courtesy of calling to tell them this). Took me an hour and a half to get there and go turned away "because it was the end of the day". Extremely unprofessional. Get your swansea office back open because this place is a disgusting joke.

I had crossed paths with Jasmine at the office and from our initial conversation she was very helpful! During our conversation, I was able to explain my condition and even show it to her a bit. At that point, she was able to identify the root of the problem and even provide a simple solution for me. Now that I’m aware of what led to my condition, not only can I prevent it from spreading but I can reduce the discoloration on my skin. All thanks to her.
