Very predatory billing practices. Had an appointment for a Tuesday , something happened over the weekend. I call to cancel first thing Monday morning . Reception says great call back to reschedule. I think nothing of it, until I get a $100 fee . Guess I should have known on Friday I was unable for Tuesday which is insane. Reception never even mentioned the policy to me when I called which seems so predatory. As if I’m supposed to remember all of your specific policies for a place I’ve been to twice over a year. Also you paperwork on your website says $50 . I hope the fee is worth a patient never coming back. Go else where
