Pinnacle Plastic Surgery

This office in Beaufort is SO unprofessional. The waiting room looks like garage sale furniture. The sign in tablets are filthy with fingerprints. When I have had previous appointments for skin cancer reviews, the staff was cold and not very thorough. I always walked away not feeling confident about the analysis. Today, because of traffic, I was turned away because I was 11 minutes late! The receptionist said it was out of her hands because I was more than 10 minutes late and they automatically canceled my appointment. She “graciously” said they could transfer my records to another practice. I won’t bother since I have no confidence in their exam and reports. I have always felt uncomfortable about this practice and now this is the best excuse to move on!

Regina Day was thorough and kind. Pinnacle has taken care of several skin cancers for me and they do a great job!

Dr. Corzorla, she is awesome. It was my pleasure to meet her for a consolation regarding some surgery on my nose. I fell in love with her right away. She is a super lady and takes pride in what she does. Actually in a way a miracle worker. She did a great job and just thinking had I been in the wrong hands I would have been disfigured after removal of the cancer. The healing process takes awhile but let me tell you she is the best. If you care about a Doctor who cares about you, she is the one. I highly recommend her.

This is my first bad review of any business!!! I have been a patient for many years.I called to make an appointment and was told that I could not make any future appointments and that all my check up appointments had been cancelled due to an unpaid bill of $155. We have just paid an enormous amount of money for a m.o.e.s surgery and some how over looked the balance.I was given no other options!!!This is simply bad business!
