Staff very professional and listened well. Dr. Billy introduced himself on a first name bases and that made me comfortable. The front desk was courteous. The technician that started my IV made me feel comfortable and safe and didn’t hurt me. She recognized my fear of needles and I barely felt it. Billy was very informative about my condition and explained all of the pros and cons. The only thing the off was so cold you could hang meet but they gave me a blanket. Great experience.

Sadly, I did not feel right after extraction and noted it during follow up. I felt, No one really believed me then Six months later during implant surgery a large cavitation was found. ALWAYS trust what your body is telling you.

Check in was seamless. The front desk women are always so sweet and helpful. I was called back right at my appointment time. Dr Sarathy came back and spoke with me about what he was going to do. The prep nurse was pure pleasure and super efficient. The sedation worked perfectly and medication called in immediately. It couldn’t have gone better.
