Dr. Audrey Klenke

Dr. Klenke does a great job taking her time and listening to each patient. Visiting her office is a calming spa experience. I have been very pleased with my results and I know that I might be aging, but Dr. Klenke can keep me looking ageless!

Great physician with excellent bed manner! Exceptional experience with Dr. Klenke and her assistant Kelsea. Her ability to gain patient’s trust along with her knowledge is outstanding. CANNOT say the same for the front desk assistant which is unfortunate because this is the first face to the business. Hope the business administrator evaluates staff’s attitudes towards customers- these people can make or break first impressions. ***most definitely will return due to Dr. Kelsey and her assistant.

My dermatologist sent me as a referral to Dr. Klenke for a small benign spot on my neck to be removed. I did not want a scar if possible.Dr. Klenke’s office never called me. After three weeks of waiting I called their office myself and was told they had fax issues. (I call that an excuse). I was told I would be charged a consultation fee of $ 199.00 non refundable. I asked why and the person on the phone said it might be malignant. If she would have even read the report by the referring doctor she would have seen that it was not because if she or anyone would have read the biopsy report would have known this as well. She stated that insurance would cover the consultation but not the removal. First of all how would she have known that and secondly I think that is quite unfair to the insurance company. Most doctors at least apply the consultation to the impending work. I have never met Dr. Klenke but I think she might need a new staff.

I can’t recommend Pinnacle Plastic Surgery and Pure medspa enough. Dr. Klenke and her PA Shelbi are wonderful. They are both kind, caring, attentive to detail and very skilled. I love their approach to injectables, which is conservative, but effective. I’d trust Dr. Klenke with even the most complex procedures. I have also had a wonderful experience with esthetician Stephany Voss. The laser treatment was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. After years of waxing and shaving (and all of the pain and inconvenience that comes with those tasks), I finally decide to eliminate the burden of hair removal. After 6 sessions my legs and underarms are completely bare and smooth. There was no pain involved and Stephany was meticulous about zapping every follicle. I’ve also had IPL for hyperpigmentation with Stephany and she is a pro at determining what’s needed an performing the service gently and precisely. Excellent practice and medspa!

Couldn't be happier and dont' have enough good words for Dr. Klenke and her staff. I had a " lip lift " or " smile lift" and it turned out perfectly. No pain, little to zero bruising, very easy procedure in my experience. I only wish I had done it sooner.
