I absolutely love coming here! I've been coming here for probably 2 years for laser hair removal, and from booking to completion, I've received the best care. I rarely have to wait long to schedule, they're not booked out like 6mo. The atmosphere is always calm, beautiful, and professional. The staff are so kind, helpful, welcoming, and professional. I'm loving the laser removal process, and can't wait to try out other services! Laser removal over waxing any and every day. It's so much faster and cost effective than waxing.

My Botox appointment was scheduled in November 2024, office canceled it. Been calling weekly since then to get it rescheduled. No one EVER picks up or calls me back. The real problem is that I have prepaid for my Botox units and I know now that they have essentially stolen my money and have no plans to verify fulfill giving me the Botox I paid for.

I have been using them for several years and they are just going down hill. They never answer the phone. I was scheduled for a facial, when calling several days ahead to confirm my appt., they did not ask if I had used any retinoids, I went to my appt and was asked after taken back and then told they had to reschedule me bc of that. Extremely inconvenient and unorganized. I purchased Botox during a special, then found out before I could use it that they canceled Botox services for the year. Now they still aren't booking Botox appts. You need to offer refunds to your people that purchased this product.

This company reschedules your appointment A LOT! I have a pre paid service so I just don't want to throw my money in the trash. I have paid 3 sessions for a certain service and have been rescheduled multiple times and Im still down to my 2nd. Will do all 3 and will find a better spa that will value my time.

I would say. Make sure this office actually opens the door. However, there is no way to make sure it actually happens. My appointment has been rescheduled twice. There are four cars in the parking lot not including my car. No one is answering the phone and the door is locked. What I am most unhappy about is. I received a call to confirm my appointment. Speaking with many customers in the parking lot. We are all going through the same thing. This is bad business
