My procedure went well, he continuously made sure I was comfortable, answered all of my questions & even let me check out what all he removed. Shelley was great as well! I am on day 2 and already love my new look. I had 2 procedures, the Brow and Lip Lift. I will post before and after pics in a few days . I could not have chosen a better doctor. Dr. Rich is an excellent surgeon with personality to go with it . He spends a lot of time to answer all questions and does not rush you . He’s just a great guy🙌

Dr. Rich was very kind, and professional. He is an excellent and highly skilled plastic surgeon who cares a lot about his patients. He repaired a facial deformity for me that no other plastic surgeon has been able to fix for 20 years. I am very satisfied with my outcome. He prefers to create a natural aesthetic in his patients, and I highly recommend him to anyone. He has also helped my mother with a few procedures, and her outcome was always beautiful. His office staff is always really nice and professional. And Dr. Humenansky saw me for a few postsurgical followup appointments. She injected botox in my neck to prevent migraines. She is very nice, and highly skilled. I also highly recommend Dee Dee, their esthetician. She offers a broad range of esthetic services, and she is the best esthetician I've ever been to! If anyone has had a facial surgery, or even if they just want beautiful glowing skin, go see DeeDee. She's the BEST!

Dr Rich always does an amazing job on my Botox encouraging me to get just enough for a natural effect. He talked me out of additional cosmetic procedures he felt wouldn’t give me the results I wanted. It is hard to find doctors that aren’t money driven and will do whatever the patient asks. Dr Rich genuinely cares for his patients and their appearance. I’ve done a few Botox Parties and I am always shocked at how many units they estimate wanting to use on my face compared to Dr Rich. He truly gives you a personalized approach!
