I started with seeing Aqua Vitae on a whim to see if my hormones were balanced after feeling a little off my game. I saw their NP, Nikki, and she opened my eyes to exactly what my body was doing and what it should be doing at my age. I’ve had one month of hormonal supplements with her and I’m down 8 pounds, sleeping amazing, and feeling like I’m back in my twenties. I was afraid that my only option to jumpstart weight loss would be by using an RX but it wasn’t! She gave me guidelines on how to eat and regulate sleep and it was just the ticket for me! Highly recommend this group for anyone struggling or just wanting to feel like themselves again!
