VERY positive visits from the beginning with the "hoped for" results to date. All of the staff is top drawer and very knowledgeable. They are genuinely interested in helping you. BUT, before you go, you need to be willing to make sacrifices and follow instructions. I do as I am told and I have gotten the best results possible! If you want to get well - that is what you do!

FHC has been a wonderful option for me. I have a crazy busy and stressful schedule and direct primary care has fit into my life perfectly. Getting access to my doctor, not jumping thru hoops and waiting weeks for an appointment like you find in conventional primary care. Lauren and Bri are always prompt on response to me and always treat me well and with respect while getting the answers or care I need. I absolutely recommend trying direct primary care with them!

This place has been life changing for me - specifically Chelsea! I am 33 years old (female), always been healthy and eaten a balanced diet, have never been overweight, exercised regularly, etc etc etc. I had been having regular headaches for the last 4 years or so - between 7-14 headaches per month! I visited GP's, neurologists, chiropractors, massage therapists and physical therapists over the last few years with little to no results. I was told my headaches were likely hereditary and there wasn't much I could do but take medication for it. On top of that, about a year ago I started having acid reflux, indigestion and heartburn regularly. Again - I was given medication that didn't solve the problem. I just could not be convinced that any of this was "normal" or "stress" or that there was nothing I could do about it beyond medication. Out of desperation, I decided to give functional medicine a try. I was hesitant because I knew it would likely be out-of-pocket and I had tried so many things that had failed already. I am SO glad I came to FHCC. Chelsea walked me through my GI Map test results which pointed to the cause of both of my big issues. She worked with me on an elimination diet to determine my food sensitivities (GLUTEN) and provided supplements that have helped heal my gut. I am five months into my treatment and haven't had a single headache in over 6 weeks. (I have attached a graph of my headache results! I started with FHCC at the end August for reference.) Before this, it was rare for me to go longer than one week without a headache. My digestive issues have gotten better and better. Beyond feeling better, I am learning so much about things I had never given a second thought pertaining to health/wellness. If you are having unexplained issues like I was, I highly encourage you to visit Chelsea. She is so kind, patient, knowledgeable - all the things I've wanted in a healthcare provider! It will take time, money and discipline on your part, but the results are beyond worth it. Oh and I've lost 12 lbs and am back down to my high school weight which is a huge plus! Also, Bri at the front desk is always a pleasure to speak with and has been so helpful in getting info to my insurance!

FHCC is a great alternative to conventional medicine. Chelsey is a wonderful practitioner who listens, is companionate and invested in helping you heal. Bri is wonderful and always greets you with a smile.
