WDF Plastic Surgery & Skin Care

I have nothing but great things to say about this practice , Dr. Franks & his staff. They all care about the safety of each and everyone of their patients. I am now 9 weeks post op and I have loved my results from the moment I got out of the OR. My journey has been tough but with the help of everyone I got through it and I would definitely do it again. Jessica the nurse manager is so wonderful. I was a nervous wreck the morning of surgery & she helped through it all. She is that one nurse that I will never forget. I will forever be grateful for all the kindness I received that day. Everybody made sure that I was comfortable and safe. Also, I fainted in the hotel room a couple hours after surgery. Dr. Franks dropped what he was doing to come check on me. He stayed there for a while until I was better. That speaks so highly about the type of doctor he is. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

My lymphatic massage specialist referred me to Dr. Franks, and from my very first visit to the completion of my recovery, the experience was a perfect 10/10. Everyone, from the receptionist and nurses to the surgical tech, CRNAs, and Dr. Franks himself, was exceptional. I truly appreciated the care, attention to detail, and thoroughness of the entire team. The follow-up phone calls to check on my progress were also deeply appreciated. I’ve just had my first visit at wdf in the aesthetics department and I have only great things to say. Upon walking in they’ve managed to create a very professional yet welcoming environment. I had a coolpeel co2 laser resurfacing done by Taylor. She made me feel at ease with the procedure and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. She gave me clear instructions for after care and checked in on me the following day. It’s obvious that she truly cares abt her clients. I definitely will return!

I recently had an appointment with the aesthetician that just joined the practice. I have worked with Taylor for years and she’s always amazing and now she’s thriving in her new home at WDF. I highly recommend Taylor and RF Microneedling!
