Advanced Cosmetic Surgery

Dr. McFadden is absolutely outstanding! Over the past 10 years, he has performed numerous cosmetic procedures on me, and he has never failed to impress. Previously, I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair done by another surgeon at a different practice, but I was dissatisfied with the results, even after a revision. In November, I chose to have the same procedure performed by Dr. McFadden, and the results have been nothing short of remarkable! The photo to the left shows my abdomen one year after the initial tummy tuck, during which I experienced distension and hardness from day one post-op, with no changes over time. I was continually told by the first surgeon that it was merely swelling and fascia issues. The photo to the right, taken just 10 weeks after my tummy tuck with Dr. McFadden, highlights a significant improvement. As you can see, I am already quite flat despite some lingering swelling. I am eagerly anticipating what my final results will look like in a year! Dr. McFadden has truly become my hero through this procedure. I cannot recommend him highly enough for exceptional results. After all, who undergoes a tummy tuck without the goal of achieving a flat abdomen? That’s the entire purpose!

I would recommend Dr. Felice to anyone! I’m one year post-op and can say my results are perfect. Throughout the whole process he has taken the time to truly listen to what I want and made me feel comfortable. He fully explains everything about surgery and recovery. He truly cares about his patients and wants them to be happy with their results. He and his team take the time to listen and have discussions without making you feel rushed or judged. The entire team at advanced cosmetic surgery is friendly and responsive. The physician assistant I saw post op was also amazing! I can say for the first time in my life I feel comfortable trying on clothes and feel more confident in myself and it’s because of the wonderful surgical results Dr. Felice created for me.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming! I messed up on my appointment and they were so nice to work me in. After talking with them and having all my questions answered I felt very confident about scheduling my surgery with them. Let me be clear: all of the experiences I've had at ACS have been great. This review is about customer service rather than services provided. I reached out via the online service to schedule an appointment with Holland. I was told that she moved to Buford and was given the option to schedule with a different provider...Holland did not move to Buford. In fact, a simple Google search showed that she works at a Med Spa basically across the street. I understand wanting to retain patients. What I don't understand is deception. The result is that I do not trust what I am told by the customer service team any longer. I worked in the salon/spa industry for 13 years and know better than most how hard providers work to build a loyal clientele. Please do better.

From the initial consult I was very impressed with ACS. Dr.McFadden explained my procedure as did the surgery nurse. The day of surgery I felt very calm with the care I received. Follow up visits have been great! Rachel is the best, she is making sure I’m happy with my results.
