Dr. Thomas C. McFadden, MD - Advanced Cosmetic Surgery

UPDATE ON MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: I previously gave Advanced Cosmetic's 1 star because I was so dissatisfied with the results of my mini-facelift to get rid of jowls. Since then, Dr. McFadden and his staff have contacted and met with me on numerous occasions and offered to redo the procedure at no or drastically reduced prices. I have had 3 procedures since my initial procedure in an effort to rid my face of jowls and, while they are not completely gone, they are not as noticeable, and Dr. McFadden is not finished yet. He is truly committed to make sure I am satisfied with the results of his work, and I sincerely appreciate that commitment. Thank you,

My first initial experience was truly great. My husband is active in the military is gone a lot so he did all of the research to find the best rates on a plastic surgeon. I had an implant exchange and a breast lift with gala flex. After the first 3 months the right breast had indented and appeared much smaller. My husband and I arranged for him to be home to talk with Dr McFadden we had decided to have another implant exchange for the right breast. I was fully awake an it was 45 minutes in an out without a card with my information for the new implant for future medical ect. I am 1 year and possibly 5 ish months out and we both hate the sight of them. They have dropped but Dr McFadden seems to just blame it on my body make. I never had any issues before with the first set of over 16 years ago except gravity finally took them down. We also sized down per his request for better results on gravity not happening as quickly. He said I can have fat graphing or other procedures but nothing is guaranteed to work. I missed work a total of 7 weeks with both surgeries. Almost $20,000.00 later and we are still extremely unhappy.I wouldn’t recommend breast surgery with Dr McFadden. The implants obviously look better than over 16 year old one but no where near what a new procedure should look like. I can’t even feel the right breast it feels like I had a mastectomy and only have 1 breast. The staff is extremely nice and most are willing to understand and try to help but nothing ever seems to be corrected. End results I wished I had chosen someone else.

Dr McFadden and his super team have done my facelift, tummy tuck and skin care with amazing results. He has a fantastic surgery set-up that is professional but friendly. His nursing staff is fantastic (special thanks to his amazing surgical nurse, Kim!) And his office staff are professional, efficient and friendly. Best cosmetic surgery and skin care team ever!

I had a wonderful experience and am still completely satisfied with the two procedures that Dr. McFadden performed several months ago. His staff is courteous, direct, and accommodating, and his prices are simply tough to beat. I am returning in a month or so for more laser, as I was so impressed with the initial results. Before making what is a very serious decision, do yourself a favor and consult with one of the best in the business.

My experience at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery was AWESOME! I was super nervous and I had never had botox done before, but the staff there made me feel really comfortable about it. They gave me several options on things they could do to make the process go as smoothly as possible and talked to me about each step as the procedure progressed. Holland was super gentle and did a fantastic job! The result? The very best eyebrow arch I've ever had in my whole life. I will definitely do this again! Thanks, ACS!
