I was a new patient today and my whole experience was amazing. Autumn at check in made me feel welcomed and made the new patient registration process easy. Kendall helped me develop a new skin care plan. I have sensitive skin and she showed her knowledge and care in the products she recommended. She took the time to explain options and reviewed treatment plans with me in detail. She even took the time to write out my treatment plan so I wouldn't forget it. I also met with NP Elizabeth Smith who was very professional. She took the time to explain the suggested treatments and expected outcomes. She was gentle during her exam and with my injections today. I highly recommend her. I also met with Sam who is the patient coordinator. She was friendly and helped explain my ongoing care at the clinic and how to set up an online account with the office. At the end of my visit I was walked out to the check out desk by Elizabeth and Kendall. They both took the time to thank me. It feels nice to be thanked for coming in. I am excited to be a new patient here at Clemson Eye Aesthetics and I am sure to be back for years to come. I highly recommend this office for your Aesthetics needs.

I received a treatment today at a Clemson Eye with Elizabeth. From start to finish, 12/10 experience. Elizabeth was so professional and attentive to my needs. She helped make an assessment of my skin and proactive treatment plan. Every detail was intentional - thank you to Sam for helping make my visit special with the box water. What a pleasant surprise!

Elizabeth Smith is an amazing injector. She has always been so kind and listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions on a natural look. If you've been wanting to try it and been nervous, go see Elizabeth! You won’t be disappointed.

Optical department is not customer service friendly ordered my glasses on 1/23/25 never heard anything from them. I called on 2/12/25 to ask for an extra pair of nose pads for my glasses was told they would be in my tray if I wanted a second pair I would have to pay extra. I didn’t hear anything on my eye glass order so today I called and today is 2/28/25 and my glasses were in, but I had not received a call. I think the thing that upsets me the most is we are spending over $1000 for glasses with no customer service in the optician department .The optician that helped me try to say I did not call in did not ask for the nose pads, but I had a time and a date. Be careful when you order from here.

Elizabeth is EVERYTHING!!! Had never had Botox done before — until I started seeing Elizabeth and she has helped up-keep my face beautifully. She’s very careful and pays close attention to detail. Elizabeth doesn’t try to sell me for what I don’t need and I genuinely trust her judgement. She’s also done my lips and they are exactly as I ask. Pouty and perfect. 10000/10 would recommend again and again.
