New Life and Dr. Elliot Hirshorn are amazing! They truly care for you, and take the time to get to the root of your problems. Dr. Hirshorn, specifically, has always been ahead of the curve with functional medicine. 10/10 recommend.

I had called back in July for an appointment with them but was told I had to pay upfront fee so I told them I will reschedule I called yesterday thursday 9/5/2024 to make an appointment I just told them same thing I told the person last time I just want to schedule to get my thyroid check because I know they know how to manage my Armour thyroid med my doctor and other doctors here don't and the lady on the phone told me they check for everything I said I just want my thyroid checked she said we check everything and it could run from $300 to $5000 I told her hell no I'm not paying $5000 when all I want is for my thyroid to be checked I already have a regular doctor. Don't know who this lady was but she didn't tell me the same thing the previous person I spoke to did which had said I can say no to any of the other test they might want to check. This one that I spoke to told me like I had to get the test they offered done because they want to check EVERYTHING! Not happy because I was hoping to see the doctor I follow him on Facebook.

I won't sugar coat it, this IS NOT CHEAP. But this also isn't traditional "sick care," this is truly health care! The staff is easy to reach by phone, text, and e-mail at all hours of the day; they're SO ACCOMODATING with making my appointments around my schedule and I'm always pleasantly surprised with the prompt (and regular!) follow ups between appointments. My auto immune disease and all the side effects that come with it (along with issues I wasn't even aware I had until doing bloodwork through New Life!) have completely disappeared since I started with this group. It's hard, it takes serious dedication and focus- but if you want your life and your health back, GO TO NEW LIFE! They're worth every penny!

I went in with such high hopes. Desperate to feel better. Really at the end of my rope with my Heath. Saved and saved until I had the $1500 initial visit fee. Unfortunately, to continue their services and for them to tell me how to heal, I had to come up with $5,000 more! I cannot even imagine how much I would be paying for an entire year of their services. Just know that before you commit to this place, you better have some very deep pockets.
