Dr. Emma Laura Makatura is so sweet!!! Highly recommend! She made me feel so comfortable and very knowledgeable!! The staff was super sweet and I was in and out! Barely a wait!

Do not go here! They booked me for an appointment then could not find me and then told me I was there on the wrong day and I was scheduled a week out. All the staff were sitting there doing nothing and not a single patient in the building yet they could not see me for the appointment they confirmed with me and sent me an email about!

They cut 3 places off me. No wound care instructions . Almost 2 weeks still waiting on rosasia cream from doctor. The worst care ever they cut off one of my heat rash bumps, which I went in for also. And had to get my own surgeon appointment because they did not send all info to surgeon. Very incompetent and non caring. I wouldn’t go there ever again.

Excellent service from the time you arrive and check in with the reception staff up front ,then the nurses , the fantastic providers all the way through checking out when done. I needed help with the computer filling out new patient registration and they kindly assisted me & made sure I felt comfortable & let me know it wasn’t just me , said several people needed assistance with the computer. They were happy to help. Everyone was very caring & compassionate. Dr. Smith is amazing!!! He answered all my questions, I didn’t feel rushed, he’s also very personable, we talked & laughed. He genuinely seemed interested in me & my issues. Thankfully they fixed the problem I came in for & my follow up appointment went just as great with the PA . I did wait 20 minutes past my appointment time my 1st visit, but I’ve waited much longer at other practices and received horrible service. He’s a very popular Dr & from my understanding and what I’ve witnessed sometimes you may have to wait past your appointment time but the care & expertise you receive is well worth the wait. I highly recommend them!

Care is good BUT it is absolutely impossible to speak to a human being when you call Georgia Skin and Cancer. They are ALWAYS "unavailable to take your call" and, worse, they do not respond to messages left requesting a call back. Third try now trying to contact anyone in the pathology department to get test results. Maddening and a dreadful way to treat patients.
