I was able to get my husband in right away because they had a cancelation. We got there early because I knew we would have new patient paperwork to fill out. We were only there maybe 5 minutes & we were called back. The doctor & nurse were very thorough. Very pleasant, easy to talk to & the doctor was very concerned about my husband's issues. The only issue I have is there were a lot of directions to follow at home but no paperwork follow up for me to follow. My memory is not as good as it use to be so I'm trying to remember what the doc & nurse told us. Other than that we are really pleased. Thank you so much!!!

First visit at the Lexington office, front staff welcoming with a smile ! Dr Guram was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Her assistant was friendly and helpful. Office was too cold. Was hoping for a warmer interaction but am realizing that isn't taught to doctors any longer. Would have appreciated a discussion of what was going to be done prior to doing, but I'll be back.

I was apprehensive at first but Bailee Steele was amazing. Her customer service skills were top notch, she was empathetic, and patient. I felt comfortable and confident with the diagnosis and treatment plan. I do not enjoy visiting with physicians, but the staff here even at the front desk and ELIZABETH, were outstanding. I pray that they never lose their joy, respect, and passion for serving others. Thank you all for an incredible first visit and thank Michelle Head my PCP for referring me to Dr. Bailee Steele.

Professional and Caring Staff and Doctor Sean Thomas made my visit pleasant and comfortable. From arrival to departure I was in good hands. Forget a HIGH FIVE... this office deserves a HIGH TEN

My first visit with this practice and I had a great experience. The PA and technician never seemed rushed or bothered by my presence. Will definitely use them again!
