I got to work with Erin and Adrianna while visiting Lexington Aesthetics. The office is immaculate. Both ladies were very knowledgeable and kind. My experience was perfect from start to finish and I am thrilled with my lips. Can’t wait to explore more services provided by the LA team.

I would’ve give 10 stars if I could! I love Kristen and her staff so much, they make you feel so comfortable and like you are family. The office is beautiful and the staff is very knowledgeable from facials to injections I would trust them with it all! Go make your appointment!

My Wife decided I needed a gentleman's facial. She said my skin was dull and sun damaged and I looked like one of the walking dead. I walked into Lexington Aesthetics looking like a cadaver and walked out looking youthful and radiant. Seriously. (According to my Wife Candy) thanks again Candy for forcing me to go and trying to prevent me from resembling a mummy. I now don't look a day over 55 and I'm 56😃 All kidding aside, wonderful facility, Francesca is very personable and professional. Thanks again ya'll!

Lexington Asthetics was recommended to me from a friend and I’m so glad she did. The place alone was so serene and beautiful. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating.
