Carolina Vein Care and Aesthetics

I cannot recommend Carolina Vein Care enough! I had long standing vein issues and Dr Jackson help me beyond belief. I am extremely thankful for every single staff member at that office! From front desk to insurance to procedures and ultrasounds, this office is grade A plus! Extremely organized, no surprises, and all questions are answered.

I am so grateful for Dr Park. She has gone above and beyond (and so has her team) to work with me both medically and financially to ensure that I get relief. She has been willing to work out of the box and make sure that she truly does help even though I had a somewhat difficult case. Thank you very much Carolina Vein Care for taking care of me!

I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience with Dr. Park and her entire staff! They all are superior in everything they do! When you walk in the door you are greeted by the most professional group of ladies they are all so nice and extra helpful! Then I go back for vitals, ultrasound and procedures and I was blown away at how detailed they explained everything with kindness warmth and genuine care! I was actually sad today bc I was told that my treatment had been accomplished! I really enjoyed meeting you all and I am ecstatic over my outcome! Dr. Jackson continues to be professional, kind, & compassionate, assuring satisfaction with results. Highly recommend, as he is wonderful! However, with liposuction (& a different Dr.): “expect to see at least a 50% improvement” is in the paperwork. If you are left looking worse with NO improvement and all you get is scars, do not expect compassion or a refund. I left feeling huge regret for wasting that money, humiliated, defeated with the time in recovery for nothing positive to come of it, & will never return to that office. I changed nothing in my routine but gained weight immediately following the surgery, and the lack of sensitivity during the follow-up appointment left me in tears. As far as the actual surgery, pain was not close to controlled or tolerable. If I could go back in time, I wouldn’t have chosen this office for the tumescent liposuction. I would have done a liposuction surgery where I could be asleep. Hard & expensive lesson learned.

There were parts of the visit today that did not go so well but I’m choosing to not mention those publicly. I don’t dwell on negative, hurtful things. I can say that Jean the ultrasound tech is amazing!! She is so kind, compassionate, personable and down to earth. The world needs more people like Jean. The lady at the front desk was suppose nice too. She greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. I did not get her name. These two ladies are the one and only reason I would recommend Carolina Vein Care.
