I’m not one to write bad reviews but I’m making others aware of my experience and end result. Nothing against Dr Kupur. She was very sweet and nice. I purchased a special package they had, that included a laser facial. BEWARE. Well let’s just say it was my first and last laser facial. The tech burned chunks off my face. In three areas. Under my eye, and each of my cheek area. Dents are there now. I’m praying they come back but I doubt they will. I will never go back and now I’m self conscious about my face!!! NO thank you! Not sure how experienced she even was, lack of professionalism. Attaching photos so you can see them. Never had them before. I’m in tears.

Highly recommend this clinic, PA Sam Winzenread and Dr Bjoor. They were very flexible to schedule me in quickly as a new patient. I’m thankful for their attentiveness and thorough assistance. Will continue using them for my family medical needs.

Just want to say that Oakview is by far the best primary care facility for individuals and families in the Upstate Samantha is the best and smartest PA I have ever had and she definitely takes good care of her patients and always listen to what you have to say first. Michelle is the best phlebotomy technician because even if you don't drink enough water she will still find a vein and all this is led by Dr. Bijoor who has been my Dr.for 7 plus years She the best !!!! The young ladies who run the front desk are very polite and always try to get you a same day appointment especially Donna she always answers and always calls back she's my go to because she can make it happen and Carmon and Shikha they follow suit as well just a great team all around Miranda,Damian, and Abigail are the top 3 Medical Assistants at Oakview All together they are the perfect team

The esthetician took the time to understand my skin concerns and tailored the treatment to meet my needs. I felt so relaxed throughout, and my skin was glowing and refreshed afterward. The office was pristine, and I appreciated the high-quality products and careful attention to hygiene. I can’t wait to come back for my next treatment—highly recommend for anyone looking to take their skincare to the next level!
