I have stretched ears and had a cyst growing behind my left ear that was annoying and gross. Sought out care from the team at Advanced Derm and the entire experience was pleasant, professional, and nothing short of exemplary! From the front desk staff who were able to reschedule me after the snowstorm, to the nurse who prepped my ear and listened with empathy to my concerns, to Dr. Frankel who removed the cyst pain-free and with the highest degree of professionalism and kindness, I cannot thank the team enough! 100% recommend Advanced Derm to anyone in the area needing a dermatologist.

I am a new patient & the receptionist Ryan was rude & not helpful! A patient behind me told me she was so rude to you & she’s been that way to me before too! So I was literally going to leave bc my initial experience was terrible & hurtful. But then I met Lashaundra. (Redd) the nurse and she was warm, friendly, intelligent & caring and so that is why I stayed! Redd is professional & who you want your patients to be greeted by & taken care of!!! Give that girl a raise bc if it were not for her I would’ve been out of there!!! The Dr I saw was Jian Wu who was also kind, professional & friendly! He put my mind at ease & took care of what I needed done. I will stay with the practice but only bc of Redd & Dr. Wu. But if Ryan remains on your staff, I will not deal with her going forward!!!! Redd, thank you for your kindness & compassion! Well done!!!!!!!!

If i could give a negative star i would. They let me languish for 15 days on antibiotics i didn't need. Let my wounds turn into ulcers. When I need reassurance that I was going to be ok, they were rude and told me to go er. They wanted to do unnecessary second surgery not needed. They billed the wrong insurance. How about billing my correct insurance that i gave you 3 times now and you will get paid 100percent for your terrible and malpractice doctoring. Have a nice life, your fired. They also sent my unneeded biopsy to an out of network doctor. I guess yall to busy selling face cream and doing face lifts and botox injections to file anything correctly.
