Absolutely love this MedSpa! It is absolutely beautiful from the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The facials are truly a game-changer — my skin has never felt so rejuvenated and glowing! The esthetician is incredibly talented, paying such careful attention to every detail, ensuring my skin gets the best care possible. The massages are nothing short of divine, leaving me completely relaxed and refreshed. And I can't say enough about the Nurse Practitioner — she's the sweetest soul you'll ever meet. Her kindness and expertise shine through in every interaction. I always leave feeling pampered, glowing, and completely at peace. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch treatments and an incredible experience!

You have to check this beautiful “Wellness and Spa” out! I had the Southern Glow facial by Kim and it was the best facial I have ever had! You have to try her out! So relaxing! Check out their website for all the MANY services they provide! Personable people and absolutely stunning decor!

Best birthday ever!!! I had a wonderful time getting pampered! Bryson was really good at working out all of my pain! He was so friendly! Kim was really great doing my facial! I love talking with her! Maggie made my hair look beautiful! Thanks to all of them for making my birthday wonderful! 🥰

I had a facial with Kim for my birthday and it was absolutely amazing! She was so professional and sweet. She understood my concerns about my skin type and was able to help my sensitive skin. Kim was so knowledgeable and created a calming environment. The facial felt so great and my skin was so nice afterwards.

M daughter and I were planning to have a celebration day after her December graduation at a spa. I called a week ahead and made appointments for 2 “Double Delight” facials along with deep tissue massages for each of us. I told the person we also wanted a skin consult for future reference to do other types of facials.Our appt was 3/4 at 10:00am. My credit card was charged for 1/2 of the total up front, which was $300. A few days before our appt. I received a call from someone asking if I had asked for a skin consult during our visit and I said yes, we wanted one for future references. She made a comment that she would schedule another appt at 11:00 and hung up. I really didn’t understand what the call was all about. We were escorted into the lounge area where we filled out forms. The massage lady came in and I was taken back for my one hour massage, leaving my daughter there so she could do her facial while I was in massage. When I came out, I was informed that my daughter had been sitting there for the entire hour, no one came in to tell her anything. I walked to the front desk and was met by Kim who seemed to be implying the mix up was due to me not scheduling our sessions. She kept asking if I remembered her calling and asking if I wanted a skin consult during our visit. I said I remembered but I had already scheduled the two facials and I didn’t really know why someone would call me about something I had already scheduled. I was told there was “no way” she had time to do the facials as she had already scheduled someone at 11:00. (It was 11:00 then and she was arguing with me). My daughter went in to get her massage so I ended up sitting for an hour. At some point Kim came in to do my skin consult which consisted of about three questions, her looking at her phone, suggesting only using LPL and no other info. My daughter’s consult was never done. As we were leaving we were offered some $$$ off for future facials but we at that moment didn’t know when we could come back. My daughter lives in Greenville and can only come in on Tuesdays due to school schedules. The next day I texted Kim for 3/18 or 3/11 and she said neither was available and offered 4/1 which I would be out of town during that week. I explained in detail we have to come on a Tuesday. So, here three days later, no word from Kim on a Tuesday appt or anything else. It seems agreeable to offer discounts if you never have to make the appointment. I have been to many spas and have never met the chaos we encountered here at the front desk. We left feeling very much unappreciated as clients and not at all relaxed. It turned our beautiful day out into a “what just happened?” scenario. I would not recommend going here for a spa experience.
