The Winchester Spa and Salon

This was my first time to this spa so I had no idea what I was in for. Upon arriving I was greeted very warmly and it was so refreshing to see smiling faces on the employees in the reception area. My Custom Swedish Massage with Tiffany was absolutely amazing! Tiffany is a very pleasant person who was interested in understanding why I was there and what I was hoping my massage experience would be like. She exceeded my expectations and I’m very grateful to her for that. Thank you Tiffany for a fabulous massage!! I’ll see you again very soon :-)

Hello World!!!!! Meet Ashley at The Winchester Spa & Salon! Was lucky enough to get in with her same day for a quick wash and blow dry. The wash itself was amazing with the ambient music in the background and the scent of lavender drifting in the air. I was super relaxed! We discussed my hair and what my concerns were….. after a marvelous blow out (mind you she got an arm workout with this mane of mine!)…. I was ready to make the next step and book another appointment with her for a cut! Now, I am IN LOVE with the esthetics of this space! Magical with crystals and luxurious furniture taking the place of the age old salon style. From the vibe of the space to all the beauties, and handsome men….. oh! And the warm cookie when leaving!!! So SO tickled I made an impromptu call!!

I LOVE MY HAIR!!!!! I have very long hair and hadn’t let anyone touch it for a few years. So needless to say I went into this nervous, however that quickly faded. Liz was AMAZING! Made me feel at ease and very patient with me while I figured if bangs was what I was ready for. She let me test out a longer bang look and if I loved it and wanted more I could come back. I did go back and LOVE my end result! Thank you SO much!

Made an appointment with Ashley after having a consultation with her back in the beginning of Nov. Arrive to my appt on 11/29 and was told my appt was switched to a different stylist. When asked why I was told "I can see it was originally booked with Ashley but I am not sure why it was changed." Should have canceled and left then. My hair now looks like someone took a bottle of hair bleach and randomly spread it all around my head. Patchy, yellow/gold. Just awful. On top of that, they charged me twice after charging me incorrectly the first time. Supposedly they "voided the original and it will be removed in a few minutes". Next day both charges have now posted and are no longer pending. Called and asked about this again and told it will take a few days. Asked for a receipt for the return and they sent me the original transaction receipt. At this point im disputing the extra $485 charge with my bank and just will not return to this establishment. Pics of color I asked for vs what I received and my hair was a natural dark blonde prior to the appt.

This was my first time going to Winchester and Elizabeth did an amazing job with my hair!! I have curly hair and have a hard time finding the right stylist. She cut and styled my hair and my curls came to life! They are so bouncy and smooth, like I had a curling iron put to my hair. But it was just styling cream and a diffuse blow dryer that did it. She gave me alot of styling technique tips and I plan to use them. Thanks Elizabeth!
