Lefkowitz Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics

I have been coming to Lefkowitz Plastic Surgery + Aesthetics for quite some time to see Christie who has done wonders on the dark spots on my face. Decided to consult with Dr. Lefkowitz on my nose. As a lifelong horse enthusiast my nose has taken a hit or two! Dr. Lefkowitz listened to my concerns regarding my nose and made some suggestions that I felt were in line with my desires regarding what I wished to change about it. The surgery went well and at 6 weeks out I could not be more pleased with my results. After being a client here for quite some time I have zero hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to improve their skin or interested in a cosmetic procedure. Their skills are second to none in all areas. The best thing perhaps is the way everyone treats you with such kindness & always seem genuinely happy to see you. They are incredibly professional yet fun at the same time making every trip there a great experience. You could not be in a better practice in terms of experience & true artistic skill in their field.

Dr. Lefkowitz was a joy to work with! He and his staff answered all of my questions and concerns, making the process easy and enjoyable. I wasn’t too sure on what I exactly wanted but he walked me through my options and I couldn’t be happier with the results!! I also had concerns after my son accidentally bumped me at surgery site 4 days post-op and Dr. Lefkowtiz squeezed me in the same day to check me and assure me I was fine. Thanks for helping me get my confidence back!!

A year out from my procedure and I am so happy with the results. He listened to me, helped guide and inform me without it feeling pushy, and delivered exactly what I wanted! He also has a wonderful staff and beautiful office. No regrets!

Saw Dr. Lefkowitz for closure after a Mohs surgery for skin cancer on my nose. The nurse was great. Anesthesiologist started my IV, because I am difficult, and he was great. The surgery went well, I had no complications, and I am pleased with the results. I would recommend him for anything facial.

Update!!!! 10/31/2024: I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Lefkowits, Nurse Kaycee, Nurse Hallie, the anesthesiologist, Julie the director, and the rest of the incredible team for my breast reduction surgery today. Every person involved ensured that I felt comfortable, cared for, and well-informed. Dr. Lefkowits truly lives up to his reputation as the best in Columbia and Lexington, I believe he’s the best, period! I love, love, love my results! I had surgery this morning, and I’m already up, walking, and feeling great. After some initial soreness, a meal and my prescribed meds took care of it, and I’m now pain-free and energized. I’m staying hydrated, walking as much as I can, and honestly, it doesn’t even feel like I had surgery. I’m so thankful God led me to such a fantastic team. I can’t say enough about this wonderful experience! I had my first visit at Lefkowitz Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The center looks amazing, like it’s made for celebrities! From the welcoming atmosphere to the incredibly kind and professional staff, including Dr. Lefkowitz, I felt completely comfortable and embraced. I’m genuinely looking forward to my upcoming surgery and feel confident that I’m in excellent hands.
