I have been working with Dr. Cedrina Calder at Calder Concierge for a little over 3 months now and my health has improved and I've lost weight. She has an whole body wellness approach that deals with your mind, body and spirit. She requested lab work and discover that I had high blood pressure and high glucose levels. Without hesitation, she sent in prescriptions, started a meal plan including exercise program and now my levels are under control.
