I have been a loyal client of Jack and Jill Aesthetics for over eight years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From skincare treatments to laser hair removal, their services have consistently exceeded my expectations. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to understand my needs and goals. Jessica, in particular, stands out as my favorite practitioner. She is not only skilled and professional, but her warm demeanor makes every visit an absolute delight. The prices at Jack and Jill Aesthetics are fair and highly competitive, especially considering the level of service and expertise they provide. I have tried other places in the past, but the results and experience here are unmatched.

I had my first ever facial with Pam, it was a wonderful experience, she did a lovely job. I would definitely return, and check out their other services as well. The overall customer service was great, and the facial was so relaxing!

2.28 update I would like to give the update and revise rating Initially, I faced challenges with my membership at Jack and Jill-Franklin location and feel frustrated about 3 month waiting time. However, after expressing my concerns, the team（CEO and owner) promptly reached out with a positive attitude，understand what happened and timeline and efficiently resolved the issue by canceling my membership as requested. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and their swift response to rectify the situation. Original context : Deceptive and Unethical Business Practices ! Please Avoid Jack and Jill at All Costs I had a terrible experience with Jack and Jill, and I want to warn others about their misleading contract terms and poor communication. I signed a contract for membership with them in September last year. The paperwork stated a 12-month term, but before signing, I double-checked with them about cancellation, and they assured me that as long as I gave three months’ notice, I could cancel anytime. The staffs here also tell me to ignore the12 month statement when I question about it. Because of this, I explicitly added this context in my contract, so they were fully aware of the agreement. This cancellation policy also the main reason why I make the final decision. Timeline of How They Handled My Cancellation Request November 24: I sent my first cancellation notice to owner email—no reply. January 25: I followed up with another notice, and they said it was okay. This month (February): I officially confirmed the cancellation, and suddenly they backtracked, saying I couldn’t cancel. Owner finally reply my email from Nov last year. Or: They claim that I can cancel, but they will still charge my account—which completely contradicts what was previously agreed. This is incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. (Only one good thing is that I like my current Cosmetologists Hannah she is awesome.) Despite my multiple proactive attempts to communicate over several months, they refuse to honor what they originally told me. Their lack of clear communication and last-minute rule-changing make them completely untrustworthy. Since they ignored my private attempts to resolve this, I’m sharing my experience publicly so others don’t fall into the same trap. If you are considering signing a membership with Jack and Jill, read everything carefully, document all conversations, and don’t trust any promises even u list everything there. Or if I were u, I would not recommend choose here.

Jessica is amazing! The first time I spoke to her, I had a million questions. She was patient and informative, and because of that I booked a laser treatment with her soon after. My experience with her and the rest of the staff was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. I also booked a ZO chemical peel with Brooke. She walked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable. Based on me experience today, I am already planning my next procedures with these two talented women!
