Today was my second visit with Adam at OVME and I will continue seeing him for as long as I reside in Nashville. His expertise, knowledge, and gentle approach are truly unmatched. I see him for Botox, and the results I’ve experienced at his hands have been outstanding. I appreciate the time he takes with me and the overall experience at this location, everyone here is beyond friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to explore other services in the future. Adam was amazing. I went here today to get lip filler for the first time and let him know right away that I was very nervous. His calm demeanor and reassurance turned that anxiousness into excitement. He also used many techniques to ensure the least amount of pain which is much appreciated. I already love the results and can’t wait to see them over the next few weeks.

Adam is the best esthetician I ve ever been to. He helps you make a good decision on products based of your concerns. He is always pleasant and has the cutest smile.

This review is not about my technicians, I adore and trust Adam for injections, Mae for skincare. My feedback solely is around the recent changes to membership. I started a membership when the Franklin location opened and have been a loyal customer ever since . I looked forward to my visits, saw results and enjoyed the perks of complimentary services. For the past 6 months I have sensed a change in operations not for the better, not getting the same results from my services as if the products have somehow been diluted to be less effective. My most recent experience is what gives me the greatest pause, I referred yet another friend to OVME and she had a disappointing experience. A peel with no results and her first visit sans the what originally was a skin consultation with photographs and analysis. Please help me understand how your business model and brand has changed so that I can make an educated decision as to my membership.
