I have never, ever left a negative review before. But here we are. I went here to have my microblading touched up and left with my eyebrows looking great. However, that quickly changed when the pigment turned blue tinted a little more than a week later. I had followed all the after care to a tee. The only thing I could think would be the new tattoo caused the older microblading to come through? I was very upset and messaged the owner who had performed the service expressing my concerns politely. Keep in mind this is PERMANENTLY ON MY FACE. She did not respond. I messaged again and again to no answer. I called their salon and got no answer. She finally responded and said she had surgery and was also moving locations and she’d get back to me soon. I said I understood and gave her one week before reaching out again. I told her I didn’t care if another employee spoke to me if she was not able, I just still have BLUE tinted, faded eyebrows that I paid over $400 for. She finally replied and said she would call me. I was so happy to finally have some answers only to surprise surprise, not receive a phone call from her during the time she said she’d call. Not then, nor the next day, next week, or next month. They never reached out for a refund or to see how they could help. I am devastated and hate how my brows look. I’m sure my case is unique, but felt my story should be told. I also know what it’s like to run a small business and hate that it’s come to this, but know that I deserved to not be ghosted and to have someone try to help me.

Had my first facial today and I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! The cutest building and comfiest environment- I went to Abby and she was phenomenal! She made the whole process super comfortable and relaxing!

LOVE LOVE LOVE fresh esthetics, so refreshing being around such positive girls !!! They are all so very welcoming. I spent the morning with Lexi , doing my first facial hands down the best experience!!! Best way to start my birthday today !!!

Went to Lexi for a facial & she was amazing! Very cute place & super relaxing. Discussed with her before we started my skin type & concerns & she walked me through everything she did which I loved! Will be back for sure!!
