Pinnacle Dermatology - Hendersonville

The front desk lady that checked my husband in today was so rude. I called up there after he told me what happened and after she talked to me poorly I totally agree that we will not be back to this office. Discussing personal business loudly at the front desk is unprofessional and makes your patient feel uncomfortable. I understand she has a job to do but it’s her tone that is so bad. She never once apologized she just wanted to defend herself and be right. We love the doctors but unfortunately your staff is extremely unwelcoming. It could be that he ran into a wreck on the way there and was running late. He sat on hold for over 15 minutes trying to let them know but he arrived before they picked up. She was very rude about him being late. Of course she denied everything when I called to talk about it, which I figured she would do. The biggest problem was she lied. She said nobody was in the waiting room when she was talking to my husband. He said there were at least 5 or 6 people and one was literally standing right by him. If you want to have a friendly experience this is not the place for you. If anyone would like to discuss this further please feel free to reach out. As of now, we will not be back to this office.

Second time in for removal of a skin cancer. Amazing experience. Dr D and Wendy are exceptional in what they do. From bedside manner to the procedure itself. True professionals and highly skilled. They made me feel comfortable. So comfortable and so good at what they do I had no discomfort and literally no pain at all. Keep up the great work y'all.

I had a flare up of what I had no idea and after battling it for a few weeks, I decided to go see the dermatologist and can't recommend them enough! The nurse, Cora, I believe was her name, was super sweet and respectful! I couldn't have anyone better! The dermatologist I saw, he did fantastic! He is very intelligent, nice, and definitely knows what is happening! He diagnosed it super quick and even showed pictures! He was very nice and made me feel comfortable! I definitely will keep going back to these lovely people! Front desk was amazing! They love their job and were so friendly!

We were able to get a same day appointment which I really appreciated. The staff is so friendly and our wait time was very short. The facility is clean and nice. They were great with my 7year old daughter. Nothing bad to say at all! Highly recommend!

Staff was helpful and professional. Very short wait. Dr. McNeil was easy to talk to, understanding, gave recommendations and took care of my problem. Excellent visit! I would recommend her to anyone.
