We had a consult with Dr Heather today. She answered all our questions, explained all our options in detail that we were able to understand and was so genuine and helpful. Also, we had filled out the request for a visit over the weekend and she was in touch with us through text. She got us scheduled for a virtual appointment instead of in office, was able to get us an earlier appointment time that worked much better for our schedule and this was all on a Sunday evening/night which is absolutely unheard of. I have NEVER had a Dr reach out on text personally to help with scheduling. All in all we have received absolutely amazing service with Dr Heather with Genesis. I would recommend this Dr and office to all our friends and family. The service and Dr/patient interaction has been of the upmost professional experience I have ever received from any clinic or physician office. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for any service they provide.

I had my consultation today, and the experience was absolutely lovely. They were so on top of everything and made me feel so welcome. Ryan was very friendly and made the intake portion super easy, and Heather was wonderful as well. It's always so nerve-racking to visit a new healthcare facility of any kind, but especially one specifically about weight. I had done semaglutide in the past and decided to try again, but with a different practice this time, as my last experience wasn't the greatest. I'm so glad that my search led me to Genesis. I look forward to trusting them with my care plan going forward!
