Levy Dermatology

I’m so disappointed. I’ve loved going to Levy for years. However, within the last 8 months the service has gotten worse and worse. Not answering calls or ever even calling back, arguing over prescriptions, not being helpful. It’s so disappointing. I’ve recommended Kelly Johnstone and Levy Dermatology to many friends over time but now I can’t in good faith recommend them to anyone. I’ve specifically asked to speak with my doctor and that is unfortunately too big of a request. Such a shame.

I gave this place try. The staff was very nice… not sure if the outcome… but when I was draped for surgery… and left draped with my entire face covered for over an hour untouched… was not amused…. I am def not a pain medicine seeker But unable to take NSAIDS due to anaphylactic allergic reaction , requested narcotic pain med… was advised that I could have Lortab … only expected a couple… wait an hour for pharmacy to t fill… and got tramadol… called office … promised loritab. Advised to call Paris Walgreens as I had now been in Jackson Tn since a little after 8… and it’s now 1:00. And I am hurting. Drive the hour to Walgreens in Paris on my way home… told sorry… script called to the original pharmacy in Jackson…. Call Levy back. Told too bad. I filled the tramadol. Did not know that was what I got till it was filled. They can’t fix it. Shouldn’t have filled the tramadol. My fault. Will not recommend .. my eye swelled shut.. expected… side of my nose aching….. and I am just dealing with it

I had a great visit. Wait time wasn't long Megan Cody was great, she took her time to address all my issues. Made me feel at ease. Entire staff was so frienfly. I'm so happy to have a dermatologist I trust. Would recommend to anyone.

I called in for an appointment. The first thing they ask you is, if you have insurance to make sure you are in the network if you say you can pay for it it doesn’t matter. They still need to have insurance to schedule you for an appointment. Obviously money is more important than treating the patience, but she was really sweet on the phone. I said I have insurance and money…. Still no appointment was given until you provide the insurance information. NEXT
