The Jackson Clinic - Dermatology and Mohs Surgery

I had my biopsy performed at a different clinic as I wasn't sure who to even see. I was so unhappy with their attitude and treatment so a friend recommended I see the doctors at Jackson Clinic Dermatology as I have basal cell carcinoma. I saw Dr Hall and she was fantastic. She put my mind at ease and answered all my questions and explained the Mohs Surgery so I'll know what to expect. I highly recommend the team here and will never go anywhere else. They genuinely care about their patients.

The best staff in the world. So caring and loving. ❤️ Such a great experience all the way around. Patient care is beyond wonderful.

I understand the bad reviews now. After attempting to try to find out who handled the CoolSculpting at this Clinic I got four different answers. When I finally got the correct person which is Melissa she's either not in the office and yet you can't even schedule an appointment with her because she does it which is fine if she followed through. So no one that answers the phone can make an appointment which is so antiquated and controlling from the person that's doing the procedures. No one returns phone calls and I'll probably will be looking elsewhere because I'm not going to go through Heaven and Earth just to get an appointment.

Buckley Parker is amazing. I have always had “doctor anxiety” and he makes every visit so laid back and comfortable. The staff has been amazing to work with and really showed so much kindness and compassion during my 6 month treatment. I don’t like having blood drawn, but they always make sure I’m comfortable and have truly made my experience as painless as possible.
