I have been wanting to get tox for the first time for a while and finally decided to book the appointment. So happy with my choice to book here! Shannon was AMAZING!! She was so patient and took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. She made my experience phenomenal! Donna was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I called to book the appointment! Would recommend this place to anyone!!

I have been wanting to come here for a while, and it finally worked out with my schedule. The wait and hype did not disappoint! They are SO sweet and not snooty like some medical spas can be. The ambiance inside is so welcoming and cozy and smells amazing! Vanessa is a sweetheart and knowledgeable. As she was doing my lashes, she was explaining each step and what to expect. I enjoyed being her client! Very much looking forward to having more services done at Jessica Ellam!

I recently moved to Knoxville and I have been seeing the same aesthetician for 10 years, so I was nervous to try to find a new place. I did quite a bit of research and ended up at Jessica Ellam. First off this place is beautiful and they make you feel very at home. Shannon did my lip filler and she is fantastic. Not only knowledgeable and highly skilled but listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable and happy with my results. She gave me recommendations for next visits as well. I was extremely impressed and will continue to come back.

Perfect experience from start to finish. First time getting lip filler and Shannon did them perfectly, exactly how I pictured. The ladies at the front desk are the reason I chose this place because of their kindness, and also their pictures of lip filler online.

I was very pleased with my first experience here, all the staff was very inviting and friendly and also informative. Vanessa who gave me a Hydrafacial did an amazing job and was very nice. She gave me a lot of information about skin care and good recommendations for the future. I look forward to going back for other services. Definitely recommend.
