I absolutely love this clinic. I have been with them for two years and both Donna and Karen, Nurse Practitioners, are extremely thorough. I feel truly heard when I am seeking medical treatment from them and as a woman in her 60’s, I appreciate this. The office manager, Leslie, is very professional and friendly when she greets you and prepares your transition from the waiting room to the exam room. The entire medical staff is very warm and professional when interacting with their patients, a feature rarely experienced in many medical settings. I am also impressed with their vast variety of services, from medical treatment, rehydration treatment, cosmetic injections, weight loss, and more. Without hesitation, I recommend Quick Care Clinic in West Knoxville.

Simply Amazing! This office I can NOT say enough GREAT statements about. It all starts with Ms.Leslie with checking you in with her Beautiful smiling face with Good Morning. Then Ms.Faith the medical assistant who is such a JOY comes and gets your vitals and to prepare you for your visit. Then you will see the provider which is Donna, Karen or Patricia all of whom is Wonderful Professional Caring young women. Then your last step is Cindy in the lab she is AWESOME at her job barely feel her sticking me. She make me feel very comfortable. I also use this office for my weightloss journey Ibeen on it for awhile and now they offer the Morpheus and Envolve which is helping the tightening of my skin.
